Digital products

All courses sold on our Website are digital, pre-recorded online education products delivered electronically.

Because digital content is made available immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


Refund eligibility

We may offer a refund at our discretion if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase; and

  • You have completed no more than 30% of the course content; and

  • You are genuinely dissatisfied with the course.

We reserve the right to review course access and usage data before approving any refund.


Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase;

  • More than 30% of the course has been completed;

  • Access has been terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Use;

  • The refund is requested due to change of mind after substantial content has been accessed.


How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the Website contact form and include:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Course name

  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.


Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
